As every NYC local knows, the city’s Asian food scene is on point. There’s about a half dozen Chinese restaurants on my block alone, and it’s not too difficult to find a decent spot to satisfy an Asian food craving, whether you’re in the mood for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese. While dim sum and sushi are always delicious, if you’re in search of a large bowl of comforting soup, these are five of my favorite Asian soup spots in Manhattan.
